DT post for Charisma cardz challenges- challenge#47

Hi!

Here is the card I made for Charisma Cardz challenges this week. This week we challenge you to make a Christmas card with a twist! The twist is to not use the traditional colours- green, red and gold.

And this week, we have three sponsors!

So now...here is my card...

Entering this card into Crafters corner challenge-2 diecuts/punches with stamping. Used Lacey oval die cut, The blue flowers are punched and the 'celebrate' sentiment is stamped with two shades of blue...
Also submitting to Tuesday Alchemy challenge #42 Anything goes...

My first Layout!

Heyy!

It's been long since I posted anything, right?... I've been crafting in the background...well...actually like a maniac! :) Here is something that I want to share with you all...

I made this layout last night and today morning... It took me hell lot of time since this is my first ever LO and so, I request you all to pls leave your suggestions...

Yes...that's me and my hubby in the pic! :) I wanted to try something that I haven't tried... Made a vintage LO... Used dies, punches and also stamps...and lots of flowers... I'm in love with these roses! Tried my best which is why I love this one...

Here are the tags that I made to write something on...Made sure that I take pics before I write some mush on them! :) I love the way they came out... I never knew before that I can stamp with distress ink also! The tag to the left is stamped with vintage photo distress ink... Doesn't it look good?

PPs- Almanac paper pad...bought from Sudha
Pearls, ribbon- stash
Scallop flower stamp, black CS, roses at the bottom the right corner, left corner of the pic except red paper rose and also those on the pocket to hold tags- all from Itsy Bitsy
Red flower, fabric lace- Lulupu
Vintage photo distress ink, Roses on the top left corner- Crafters' corner
Butterfly punch- Nupur
Butterfly stamp- Jovi
Black flowers with rhine stone in the centre and brads- Craft Adda...
Spell binders Lacey square die- Priya (I cut my die cut in such a way as to make it a frame for the picture )

As Dr. Sonia rightly mentioned, there isn't a craft supply store in India that I've not bought my supplies from!!! :)

Ok...this is the card I intend to submit to Pretty Pink Posh's 10 min craft dash challenge...

I made this in 9 min 53 sec... my sister was a witness! :) Punched out flowers and leaves like crazy... Still don't believe how I could make it...but it was a simple card...Don't you agree? And I stamped the 'Little card...big thanks' sentiment only partly...

Shabby chic card- GD for Lulupu!

Hi!

Here is the card I made for GD post at Lulupu... Made it almost a month ago! :) The challenge is to make a shaped (other than square and rectangle) shabby chic card... The term itself was new to me... never made one before...but gave it a try somehow..

A closer look of the outer panel...

As you can see, made circular easel card and added paper doilies to give it a.....well....weird shape! :) :)

Added some washi to the inner side of the card...

I can't believe it's my 50th post already... yeah yeah... I do agree I had written 2 or 3 non-crafty posts! :)

It's been a long long time since I shared a card or any craft project with you... I am here with a CAS- thank you card that I specially made for CAS-ual Fridays challenge. You need to have something torn on your card... I used CAS-ual Fridays 'Big thanks' stamp set that I won in a random draw! Cool, ain't it? :)
